About Our Clinic
Audiology Services of Newhall, Tinnitus and Audiology Center of Southern California, and Audiology Partners of Mission Hills are family owned and operated private practice under the directorship of Randall Bartlett, M.A. since 1978.
We are independently owned and operated audiological practices specializing in hearing aid dispensing, diagnostic and rehabilatative audiology. We are dedicated to helping individuals overcome the handicap of hearing loss and to reduce or eliminate the suffering caused by auditory disorders.
HEARING AID SERVICES
We believe in utilizing the best instruments available in the industry and in providing patients with freedom of choice in hearing aid products and treatment. We currently use 15 manufacturers and offer instruments in all levels of technology and budget. We are always looking for and evaluating new instruments when they are released in the market. We develop a Hearing Aid Ttreatment Plan for all patients and order hearing aids specifically for each individual. All fittings include a comprehensive and organized follow-up care plan and educational support materials to bring home. For those with older aids, we offer reprogramming services, hearing aid performance evaluations, and second opinion assessments.
DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
We strive to be the most comprehensive testing center in our service region.
We provide many specialized auditory tests that other centers may not offer, such as background noise testing, testing for auditory processing disorders, tinnitus & hyperacusis evaluation, diagnostic otoacoustic emissions, ENG and other neurodiagnostic tests. We have one of the finest pediatric audiological specialists on staff.
REHABILITATION SERVICES
We do not just offer hearing aids. We provide Individual and Group Aural Rehabilitation, Educational Hearing Therapy, Tinnitus & Hyperacusis Retraining Therapy, counseling for tinnitus, and work in conjunction with speech pathologists to provide treatment for auditory processing disorders.
OUTREACH SERVICES
We actively provide screening and consultation services to local senior citizens centers, retirement centers, the Red Cross and service organizations. We offer several public lunch and learn consumer seminars in Santa Clarita every year. We offer physicians office and hospital staff in-services. We are avaialble to speak to community groups of any size.
OUR STAFF
Our clinic is staffed by Credentialed Clinical Audiologists and we have an ongoing working relationship
with many otolaryngologists, primary care physicians, medical groups and hospitals in our area. We are also proud to personally serve many of our local physicians, their family and staff members as well. 
Randall Bartlett
MA, Audiology
Randall Bartlett, M.A. is Executive Director of Tinnitus & Audiology Center and is the Clinical Director of our Tinnitus & Hyperacusis Program. . Randall holds a post-graduate Master degree in Communicative Disorders, specializing in Audiology, from California State University, Northridge. He completed internship at the West Los Angeles Veterans Medical Center in 1976 and has been in private practice continuously since 1978. He is also Executive Director of two other non-TRT audiology centers, in Santa Clarita and Mission Hills California. Randall is certified in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy. He completed clinical studies in tinnitus and hyperacusis under Dr. Pawel Jastreboff and Dr. Margaret Jastreboff in 1999 and again in 2005. Other areas of specialization include geriatric audiology, aural rehabilitation, hearing aid dispensing, clinical diagnostic audiology, and clinical management. He is a member of numerous state and national audiology organizations.

Cydney Fox
M.A., Audiology
Cydney Fox, M.A. is Clinical Director of our Auditory Processing Disorders (APD) Program and Director of Pediatric Audiology. . She is also Director of Audiology at a specialized medical group serving children in Los Angeles and at another non-ADP audiology center in Santa Clarita. She holds a post-graduate Masters degree from the University of Denver and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Audiology. Cydney has over 30 years of clinical experience with specializations in pediatric audiology, balance testing, audiologic research, diagnostic audiology and pediatric hearing aid dispensing. She has spent many years in academic settings at UCLA and has professionally published many articles on hearing aids, diagnostics and balance. Cydney served as President of the California Academy of Audiology for five years. She is very involved in numerous state and national audiology organizations.
